MyAusGP is an Australian hybrid general practice being developed to support continuity of care through a combination of face-to-face consultations and telehealth.

The planned model will provide in-person primary care supported by out-of-hours telehealth access where clinically appropriate. This is intended to help patients obtain timely clinical guidance while supporting follow-up and continuity with their usual general practitioner and healthcare team wherever possible.

MyAusGP will focus on safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care, including preventive health, chronic disease management and coordinated primary healthcare.

The service is currently under development. Clinic location, opening hours, eligibility, appointment availability and booking information will be published when confirmed.
